SA Property Central started with a handful of tools. It now runs 16, from the True Price Estimator to the Vendor Net-Proceeds Calculator. That growth is good news for buyers, sellers and agents, but it made one thing harder: finding the single tool you actually need without reading every card first. The new tool search fixes that. How do I find the right property tool?
Open the homepage and look for the box that asks How can we help? just under the intro. Start typing what you are trying to work out. You do not need to know what we called the tool. The search reads everyday words, questions and property jargon, then ranks the tools that fit. Click a result, or press Enter to open the top match.

Do I have to type the exact tool name?
No. That was the whole point. Most people do not think in tool names. They think in questions like "is this suburb safe" or "which school is this zoned for". The search matches on the words a real buyer or seller would type, including synonyms and common misspellings of the idea. So "split my block", "granny flat", and "how many houses can I build" all reach the same subdivision tool, even though none of them is its title.
Tip: The search ignores filler words. Typing "how many schools is this near" still matches on the word that matters, "school", and surfaces the School Zone Check.
